At last month’s QRNA Board Meeting, it was recommended to add a statement to the QRNA Web Page about ACC requests to be submitted via email to the QRNA Gmail account as a primary delivery method. Since the Board is able to process and track electronically submitted ACC requests better than those received through US Mail, we'd like to encourage folks to submit their ACC forms via email. Hello, and welcome to your new home! We are excited you’ve chosen Quail Ridge and we truly believe that Quail Ridge is a “one-of-a-kind” development, with the greatest views and amenities of the Treasure Valley.
Each home in Quail Ridge is governed by Restrictive Covenants (the “CC&Rs”) which sets forth the rights and obligations of each homeowner. The CC&Rs can be found under the CC&Rs Menu.
In order to maintain the character and beauty of our community, we ask that you review the CC&Rs. While all the CC&Rs are in effect, below is a summary of certain CC&Rs to which we’d like to draw your attention:
The Architectural Control Committee (the “ACC”)
The ACC is a committee charged with approving any proposed building, or any exterior modification or alteration of your property, and other approvals per the CC&RS (for example, advanced ACC approval is required to install a new roof, exterior painting, exterior construction, and changes to landscaping such as plantings trees and bushes, fences, etc). Interior renovations do not require ACC approval.
Requests to modify homes within Quail Ridge must be made in writing and approved in advance by the ACC. Downloadable document found below.
